My food advertisement- wholemeal bread
This is a video advertisement I made promoting choosing wholemeal bread over white bread. I gave comparing evidence of how much healthier wholemeal bread can be versus white bread and how the regular consumption of wholemeal bread can help alleviate the possibility of diseases.
Thinker's Keys
1) Invent something that would make healthy food appealing
a) Maybe we can capture the smell of popular foods, like french fries and sausages and spray them on vegetable salads! Then people will smell the unhealthy food but eat the healthy food!
b) Maybe we can make a video next to the healthy and unhealthy food that shows what each does to your body. Then people will make the wise decision.
2) List what 2 foods have in common.
I will choose nuts and rice. They are both high in good carbohydrates and food fats.

What is advertising?
1) What is an advertisement? I think an advertisement is something that tries to make you buy something.
2) Where do we see advertisements? Usually on TV and in shopping centres.
3) When do we see advertisements? When we are watching our favourite TV show!
4) How does an advertisement look like? It usally makes the food look very yummy or the person eating it looks very happy. Usually an advertisement is very colorful and eye-catching.
5) Why are advertisements made? So that people will see the product and want to buy it! Or sometimes to tell people there is a sale or something new.
2 definitions of advertisements:
1) a public promotion of some product or service
2) a form of communication intended to persuade an audience (reaers, viewers, listeners) to take some action.

My eating style
I am 67 instinctive eating, 23 overeating and 52 restrictive eating. I agree with the 67 instinctive eating part, I usually simply eat when I am hungry. But I don't why I am 23 over-eating! :)
As for restrictive eating, I do refrain from party food like ice-cream and french fries. Even the birthday cake, I would share with someone. I feel that at parties, people simply eat out of social habits, like thats the thing they are supposed to do!

Food Gallery
1) I feel my saliva rising from the back of my tongue after watching the first few slides! Immediately I feel hungry and want to look for something to eat.
2) I like the Sushi best.
3) The food all looked so yummy and well-presented. Yes, I think if they were not so well presented, it may not have been so appealing.
4) Actually I felt like having the ice-cream too, it looked so delicious! But I know its probably not too good for my diet. So, I guess attractive is not = to healthy food. In fact, I think its opposite. The more attractive the food is, or the more yummy the food is, the more unhealthy.
